Warehouse Operations Lead

Must have a Class A CDL License and one year verifiable experience.
Job Summary: The main purpose of the Warehouse Operations Lead is to plan and direct operations while improving productivity and efficiency.
The Warehouse Operations Lead provides leadership and direction to the dispatch staff and owner operators while overseeing communication functions to effect economical utilization of facilities by performing the following duties personally and/or through subordinate supervisors.
Essential Functions: Must have CDL License Develop a partnership with our client.
Maintain DOT compliance for (26) foot trucks Present important and relevant information daily during stand up meetings and team.
Dispatch and monitor route deliveries using Dispatch Track.
Lift and move furniture in daily operations up to 75 lbs Perform ride behinds and driver/delivery evaluations.
Assist in maintaining inventory counts and returns as needed Understand P&L’s and budgets.
Understand and support billing and claims processes.
Other duties as assigned.
Other Requirements: One+ year of Warehouse experience.
Computer knowledge and ability to navigate different softwares Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must be able to interact effectively within all levels of the Customer’s and Cardinal’s organization.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
