*Regional Director of Resident Care and Compliance*
Join the Senior Management Team of a 70 year old Family company dedicated to quality care and services, and help us maintain our high resident care standards in seven IL, AL and MC communities.
This position reports directly to Executive Vice President.
QUALIFICATIONS
Registered Nurse with a bachelor’s degree or with three to five years of equivalent experience working with elders in an assisted living, skilled nursing, home care or senior living environment.
EXPERIENCE
Three or more years with demonstrated expertise and success in administration, management, and supervisory experience within an Assisted Living or skilled nursing setting, including familiarity and skill with startup procedures and protocols, as well as knowledge, understanding and experience with EOEA regulatory and compliance issues with positive outcomes.
SKILLS
· Must be able to function independently, be flexible, personal integrity, excellent time management skills and the ability to work with all levels of personnel and support Agencies.
· Strong computer skills.
· Professional, cheerful, and enthusiastic.
· Effective communication skills and demonstrated leadership.
· Highly organized and able to multitask.
· Willingness and proven capability to work cooperatively with the management team, personnel, and residents.
· Able to professionally represent the management company in a variety of settings.
Responsibilities include prioritizing the needs of assisted living communities and provide oversight of all clinical and regulatory operations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $150,000.
00 - $160,000.
