The Director will manage and oversee aspects of a private preschool, including health and safety, enrollment and financial wellness, compliance, staffing, training, and delivery of high-quality education and care.

Conduct classroom observations to regularly support and ensure the implementation and delivery of the research-informed Primrose Balanced Learning® curriculum.
Manage operation of the school while ensuring maximum enrollment and effective cost control.
Work with and enjoy support from the Franchise Owner and the vast resources provided by the brand.
Our ideal candidate has:
A strong commitment to building positive relationships with families and the community.
Holds EEC Director II qualifications.
Strong background in state licensing regulations, staffing, enrollment, and budget management.
Demonstrated responsibilities in overseeing all preschool operations,, including human resources, quality assurance, and facility operations.
