The Position:

This leadership position demands a keen focus on delivering 5-star service to our valued customers while effectively managing field operations.
Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of Plumbing & HVAC Technicians, providing guidance and performance evaluations to foster professional growth.
Oversee all aspects of service and install operations, from scheduling and dispatching to order tracking, ensuring timely project completion.
Manage the Service department budget, including labor, materials, and equipment costs, to meet financial targets.
Offer technical support and expertise to technicians, assisting with troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs as needed.
Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships, addressing their service needs and ensuring satisfaction.
Conduct site visits to ensure quality installations and compliance with job permits.
Review installation quality, customer feedback, and opportunities for product enhancements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operations and enhance customer service.
Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and safety standards, providing recommendations for improvement.
Enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment for all team members.
Provide regular updates to senior management on Service department performance and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
Demonstrated leadership experience in managing technical teams.
Comprehensive knowledge of HVAC systems, components, regulations, and safety standards.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with customers and stakeholders.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines effectively.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Experience with Service Titan software is advantageous.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of operational experience
