Community Crisis Stabilization Clinical Team Manager- Norwood The Community Crisis Stabilization (CCS) Clinical Team Manager (CTM) oversees the clinical treatment and services at the program, including individual and group therapy, case management, and peer support.
The CTM directly supervises the clinical, case management and peer support staff in addition to clinical interns.
The CTM creates the weekly milieu programming/schedule, ensuring that groups and activities are clinically relevant to the persons served.
The CTM will also develop and support the development of new psychoeducational and therapeutic groups.
The Clinical Team Manager (CTM) leads clinical discussions in interdisciplinary rounds.
The CTM is the lead coordinator from Respite to the Adult Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC) Component Team and other key stakeholders and collateral contracts with Respite.
The CTM holds a caseload up to 6 individuals, and therefore must also perform key clinical duties for their caseload including: conducting comprehensive assessments inclusive of the use of standardized assessment tools for suicide risk, brief crisis counseling, individualized risk management/safety planning, psychoeducation, discharge planning, and care coordination.
Other responsibilities include providing direct clinical services to clients in the CCS (individual and group treatment, family meetings, treatment team meetings); clinical documentation (intakes, treatment plans, discharge summaries); case management and discharge planning; clinical guidance and consultation to Milieu counselors, LPNs and Certified Peer Specialists/Recovery Coaches.
May occasionally need to provide care in the community.
The CTM is a vital role and will be responsible for the following: Oversees the clinical treatment within the CCS program Provides clinical leadership in interdisciplinary rounds Provides clinical supervision to clinicians, clinical interns, and peers in addition to clinical guidance to interdisciplinary team members.
Responsible for the case management and discharge planning of CCS persons served.
Assists in the development of program policies and practices with client, and staff, safety in mind.
Evaluates persons served on an ongoing basis to assess for safety and continued need for CCS services.
Completes all necessary clinical documentation, including admission notes, intakes, treatment plans, and discharge plans.
Schedule: Full time; hybrid schedule.
Monday- Friday 8a- 4p or 9am- 5pm Pay Rate: $38.
12/hour unlicensed or $39.

Valid driver’s license and regular access to a reliable vehicle required.
Required Experience Master’s in Social Work, Psychology, or related field (clinical degree that provides a path to independent licensure) required.
Independent Licensure strongly preferred; within 1 year of independent licensure required At least 3 years’ experience in behavioral health settings, including mental health, substance use, and/or co-occurring clients and treatment strategies required.
Experience in an acute setting (e.

CCS, inpatient, MCI/Crisis strongly preferred).
