Full time backroom supervisor

Backroom Associate Duties: - Clean and organize the backroom area to ensure a safe and efficient work environment - Use a pallet jack to move and transport merchandise - Stock shelves and maintain inventory levels - Assist customers with locating products and provide excellent customer service - Utilize retail math skills to accurately count and track inventory - Operate cash registers and process sales transactions - Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and ensure customer satisfaction - Load and unload merchandise from delivery trucks - Perform heavy lifting as needed to move and handle products Skills: - Multilingual abilities, with proficiency in English and another language preferred - Experience working in a retail or warehouse setting - Knowledge of backroom operations, including stocking, inventory management, and merchandising - Familiarity with operating a pallet jack and other equipment used in a retail or warehouse environment - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members - Capability to handle heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with the role If you are a motivated individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced retail environment, we encourage you to apply for the position of Backroom Associate.
