What You Provide
-Positive attitude
-Willingness to be a member of a team/manage your OWN crew
-Experience managing a crew (minimum 1yr)
-Experience working in the landscaping industry (minimum `1yr)
-Experience driving a truck and trailer (minimum 1yr)
-Experience operating landscaping equipment (minimum 1yr)
-Willingness to work in uncomfortable weather conditions
-Physical strength: ability to lift 50 lbs.
-Physical endurance: standing, walking, bending and lifting 8-10 hrs.
