0School Year: 2023-2024Location: Medway Middle SchoolPayroll: Annual salary broken down over 26 equal bi-weekly pay cyclesThis unique and exciting teacher leader position is a pivotal component of Medway Middle School's Instructional Leadership Team.
This role serves as the conduit to teachers and administrators around best instructional practices, data driven decision making, and professional learning facilitation in the content areas of mathematics and science, technology and engineering in our Grade 5-8 middle school.
This role does not have any scheduled student facing responsibilities on a regular basis and is focused on facilitating professional conversations, providing coaching and feedback to educators, and modeling effective practice.
There are currently extra days outside of the school year and extra after school meetings expected of this role which also provides an additional stipend.
