Peabody Properties, Inc.
is seeking an experienced Condominium Property Manager working 12 hours a week to successfully manage a well established condominium community in Hingham, MA.
The Property Manager will work to ensure the efficient operation of this high-profile condo community by operating the property within established financial guidelines (budgetary oversight), ensuring established property standards are met, attend regular and special board meetings, acts as liaison between the property management company, board and homeowners, provide monthly financial reporting to board, ensures owner compliance with established policies and procedures and responds to all owners requests in a timely, efficient and courteous manner.
The Condominium Property Manager will:
Provide a high quality living environment for all condo owners
Possess strong condominium management experience
Participate in weekly board/association meetings
Respond to and resolve resident request in a timely, efficient and courteous manner
Operate property within financial guidelines and provide budgetary oversight
Under leadership of Senior Operations team prepare annual operating and capital budget and submit in a timely manner for approval
Education and Experience
Requires High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 5 years' experience in condominium management.
Prior experience working with boards/tenant associations
Knowledge of RealPage Onesite, including proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Time management skills and ability to prioritize a must;
Solid administrative, organizational, computer, and resident relations skills;
High degree of interpersonal skills, customer service with the ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally
Ability to take initiative and be self-motivated.
Enthusiastic and results-oriented
Proven ability to meet deadlines
