Estimator/PM - Residential Remodeling Construction (HINGHAM)

Our established construction firm has an excellent opportunity for a seasoned estimator/PM.
Previous experience in residential construction estimated, detail oriented & a team player.
This is the perfect opportunity to work with a great crew & for someone who has worked in the trades with hands on experience.
Duties include: * Prepare costs to be estimated by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications & related documents * Identify labor prices, material costs & time requirements * Coordinates subcontractors walk-through & qualifies proposals * Investigate value engineering & cost savings opportunities 3+ years experience in residential construction remodeling & estimating is preferred.
Salary dependent on experience.
