*SUMMARY*
The Dining Room Manager is primarily responsible for the football dining room operations, that includes managing dining attendants, organizing product and monitoring inventory levels to ensure an exemplary dining experience.
*DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES* * Lead, manage, coach and schedule Dining Room Staff.
This role will be instrumental in developing the full and part-time team and will include all administration of training, performance management, compliance and payroll preparation.
Work collaboratively with Human Resources on recruiting, staff planning and performance issues.
* Manage the daily operations of the team dining facilities to include overseeing dining room attendants, organization of product, and managing all inventory levels to ensure exemplary service and efficient dining experience for players, coaches, football staff, executives and other dining room guests.
* Develop and implement policies and procedures for dining operations as it relates to inventory management, production, consumption and waste management.
Subsequently audit best practices to ensure compliance and report on areas of opportunity for cost control.
* Manage cost control and waste for team dining operations by tracking daily production and consumption for each meal service.
Prepare weekly and monthly cost reports for Senior Management including labor reporting, ad hoc purchases and projected cost of loss.
* Manage inventory to maintain appropriate inventory levels, replenishment needs, and loss.
Report monthly on inventory levels to Team Sports Dietician, Player’s Dining Executive Chef and Senior Management.
* Partner with Team Sports Dietician and Player’s Dining Executive Chef to execute daily meal schedules.
* Plan, coordinate and manage travel meal services for Team Personnel.
* Ensure the highest food quality and sanitation standards at all times including function space cleanliness, facility safety and sanitation.
* Special projects and assignments as business dictates.
* Responsible for the maintenance, creation and control of all personally identifiable information or any other information protected by any Confidentiality or Privacy Standards or Company Policies that you have access or knowledge of, including but not limited to any state or federal regulations including HIPAA.
*SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES* * Patriots Culinary Services Attendant Supervisor * Patriots Culinary Services Attendant Lead * Patriots Culinary Services Attendant (Full and Part Time) *SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS* * Bachelor's degree in hospitality preferred.
* 5-7 years in hospitality leadership, in banquets and catering roles.
* Strong ability to prioritize and multitask in a high-paced event environment.
* Skill in troubleshooting and immediate resolution of issues * Proven ability to lead a team in a diverse environment.
* Quick to learn business operations, functions, and processes to provide guidance on operational improvements and/or system solutions to address them.
* Must demonstrate discipline, self-reliance, dependability, and good judgment.
Confidentially and discretion are a must.
