Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Oversee and manage inventory control to ensure accurate stock levels
- Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process for new team members
- Train and develop team members on techniques, product knowledge, and customer service skills
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional and timely manner
