Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Deli Manager to join our team.
As the Deli Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our deli department, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high food quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the deli department, including food preparation, cooking, and serving
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain proper food handling procedures
- Train and supervise deli staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Create work schedules and assign tasks to team members
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as necessary
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including equipment maintenance and sanitation
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
Experience:
- Previous experience in bartending or food service is required
- Proficiency in using Aloha POS system is preferred
- Strong knowledge of food service management principles and practices
- Proven experience in kitchen management, including menu planning, recipe development, and cost control
- Ability to effectively manage shifts and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with restaurant and banquet operations is a plus
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with a diverse team
