Position Summary:As the Senior Director of Information Technology and Chief Information Officer at H&V, you will be responsible for leading the strategic vision and direction of our information technology (IT) function.
You will oversee the planning, implementation, and management of IT systems and services that support our global operations, innovation, and growth.
You will also ensure the security, reliability, and performance of our IT infrastructure and data.
Responsibilities:Develop and execute the IT strategy and roadmap that aligns with the company’s business objectives and prioritiesManage the IT budget and resources, ensuring optimal allocation and utilization of IT assets and capabilitiesLead the IT team in delivering high-quality IT solutions and services that meet the needsand expectations of internal and external stakeholdersEstablish and maintain effective governance, policies, standards, and best practices for IT operations, projects, and processesEvaluate and adopt emerging technologies and trends that can enhance the company’s competitive advantage and customer value propositionFoster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the IT function and across the organizationEnsure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards regarding IT security, privacy, and risk managementMonitor and report on the performance, availability, and security of IT systems and servicesManage vendor relationships and contracts for IT products and servicesQualifications: 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience in a global manufacturing environmentProven track record of developing and implementing IT strategies that support business growth, innovation, and transformationStrong knowledge of current and emerging IT technologies, platforms, and solutionsExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing IT teamAbility to collaborate effectively with senior executives, business partners, vendors, and customersEducation:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or related field; master’s degree or MBA preferredHollingsworth & Vose is an equal opportunity employer.
