*Position: Adult Group Home Team Leader*
Assists the Program Manager in areas related to supervision and general operation of the residential program.
This individual is designated as the emergency on-call supervisor in the absence of the Program Manager.
*What Does a Team Leader Do?* * Coordinates and supervises daily programmatic functions including supervision of staff, upkeep of the residence, and implementation of all aspects of individual treatment plans.
* Ensures that client records are maintained in accordance with regulations and LifeConnection's policies and procedures.
* Oversees the development and implementation of skill development, treatment plan goals, ISP objectives, and all other aspects of residential programming.
* Participates in the orientation and training of all new employees.
* Evaluates staff’s performance and provides on-going supervision to all staff.
* Participates in the Emergency On-Call system as needed.
* Ensures all Human Rights activities and initiatives are implemented.
