General Responsibilities:
The key focus of the Manager, Business Strategy Planning is to drive the development and execution of business plans to ensure the company's long-term success.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze market trends, and identify opportunities to enhance business performance.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic planning, market analysis, and business development.
Examples of Typical Activities:
Responsible for leading the development of comprehensive business and accounts strategies aligned with company goals and objectives.
Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive key account plan and assess the effectiveness of current strategies and identify areas for improvement.
Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making processes.
Work closely with various departments, including marketing, sales, finance, and product development, to develop seasonal and annual plans.
Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams to drive the successful implementation of strategies.
Collaborate with the finance department to consolidate and communicate final seasonal forecasts to relevant departments.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for strategic initiatives and regularly monitor and report on performance against these metrics.
Required Experience
A BS degree in Business, Economics, Finance or related field required; a minimum of 5-8 years of business planning experience.
Required Technical Competencies
Strong sales and presentation skills – verbal and written.

Proficient in Project Management
Proficient with MS Office Suite
Flexibility to travel
Analytical skills relating to the 4 P’s – pricing, promotion, product and placement
