The Connect55+ Property and Leasing Manager job responsibilities include the following:
- Manage leasing, outreach, and lead generation for the community.
- Provide a professional, positive and engaging experience for the members of the community.
- Take resident complaints and identify proper protocol to resolve issues.
- Accurately process apartment applications and lease renewals.
- Enter work order requests to appropriate maintenance personnel.
- Work with maintenance department to ensure apartment turnovers.
- Ensure work-order requests are completed to company standards.
- Conduct walk-through of available apartments to ensure readiness for occupancy.
- Work with Activities Coordinator to welcome new residents to the community.
Our ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
- Previous leasing and/or sales and customer service experience.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Ability to quickly develop rapport with prospective residents.
- A motivated self-starter.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be organized and able to meet assigned deadlines.
- Attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
