Quick Service Restaurant Operations Manager

We are currently looking for an experienced *Director of Retail Operations *to lead the charge! The DRO will report directly to the Vice President of Operations and will be responsible for all aspects of store operations for up to a 30 shop market.
In addition, the DRO will supervise 4-6 Multi-Unit Managers and oversee the training and development of their whole Team.
Qualifications: * 5+ years of relevant QSR experience managing multiple locations (Dunkin’ Donuts experience is a HUGE plus!) * A demonstrated ability to develop and lead a strong Team * A proven track record of success with driving sales and controlling costs * A passion for our Brand and a love of operations (your hands WILL get dirty!)
