We are seeking a skilled Parts Manager to join our Brockton team.
The Parts Manager will be responsible for overseeing the parts department, ensuring efficient operations, and providing exceptional customer service.
\*\*Responsibilities:\*\*
- Manage inventory levels and order parts as needed
- Coordinate with vendors to procure parts in a timely manner
- Provide technical assistance and support to customers and staff
- Maintain accurate records of parts transactions
- Handle customer inquiries and issues regarding parts
- Supervise parts department staff and provide training as needed
\*\*Experience:\*\*
- Previous experience in data entry related to parts management
- Experience working in a dealership setting preferred
- Ability to negotiate effectively with suppliers
- Skills in equipment repair
- Customer service-oriented approach
- Understanding of logistics and inventory management
- Mechanical knowledge for identifying and sourcing correct parts
