Compensation:

Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the front office, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
Manage and supervise front office staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
Handle guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a positive and efficient experience for all guests
Maintain accurate records and handle all financial transactions, including cash handling and invoicing
Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly and effectively, ensuring guest satisfaction
Implement changes or maintain operations according to Hilton and Encore Hospitality Standards
Qualifications:
Job Qualifications for a Front Office Manager:
2+ years of experience in hotel management
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems
Flexible schedule, including availability to work nights and weekends
