Lindencroft is a group home treatment setting for adolescents that specializes in trauma informed care.
Lindencroft provides 24-hour comprehensive care including a full clinical staff, nursing staff, and direct care staff.
JRI Provides The Training So That:
YOU will be able to provide direct oversight and supervision of all clinicians and clinical services provided including individual, family and group therapies and unique therapies provided including ARC, CBT, DBT, Animal Assisted Therapy, and Sensory Motor Arousal Regulation Therapy modalities.
YOU will be able to work in tandem with the Program Director and Administrative team to provide a shared vision of the programmatic clinical services and to maintain positive relationships with outside agencies, families, and other involved parties.
YOU will be able to create a safe and therapeutic community by supporting students in developing and by role modeling effective coping strategies.
YOU will help students discover what makes them feel competent and valued by working with them to develop life skills such as cooking, banking, vocational skills, and more.
Your day-to-day work will support students in developing a sense of self and provide them the skills to be successful in their next steps.

Requirements:
Must be 21 years of age.
Master's Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling.
LICSW or LMHC
Clinical Management experience preferred.
At JRI, you will learn restraint reduction skills and techniques so that physical management is always the very last resort.
Background and driving record checks will be performed.
