The Store Manager is accountable to the owner and the General Manager and is responsible for directing, developing and managing store staff to protect company assets, maintain store conditions, maximizing sales and gross profits, customer and employee relations through proper controls such as sanitation, merchandising, payroll management, required record keeping and compliance of company , state and federal policies, rules, procedures, regulations and laws.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Maintains clean, fresh and friendly store conditions
Maximizes store sales and profits
Develops and maintains a team concept
Achieves or surpasses productivity and payroll goals
Establishes and maintains a strong working relationship with support staff
Demonstrates and maintains a high level of ethics and integrity
Ensures a safe working and shopping environment
Performs other duties as assigned
Education: Bachelors Degree
*Experience: 5 to 7 years of Supermarket Experience*

Pay: $75,000.
