Service Manager/Advisor

We are growing and we are currently looking for a Service Manager/Advisor.
We are looking for someone with strong organizational skills, efficient computer skills and the ability to multi-task.
This is a great opportunity for a career path and advancement in the auto industry! *Key responsibilities:* * Greeting customers and directing them to an available technician * Consulting with technicians about needed repairs and alternatives * Answering customer questions about service outcomes and consulting with technicians when necessary * Informing customers about potential cost savings and warranty protections * Invoice and collect payment from customers for services rendered * Handle and resolve customer complaints regarding services * Maintain customer records and enter data into computer databases * Assisting customer with deciding to fix their car through the dealership’s shop or trading the vehicle in * Informing customers of changes in service or when their vehicle is ready to be picked up *Qualifications:* * Strong communication skills * Basic knowledge of computer programs including word processing and database tools * Organizational skills including the ability to schedule appointments, meet with customers and ensure that work is done properly * Exceptional customer service skills * Must have a valid drivers' license Schedule: Monday - Saturday Compensation: base rate plus commissions Apply Now!
