Assistant General Manager (AGM)

We are a busy South Shore restaurant hiring a manager.
We are looking for someone with strong hospitality skills as well as a background in managing a beverage program.
This management position requires working side by side with the General Manager to ensure the profitable and successful operation of the restaurant.
Job duties include: -Opening and closing the restaurant -Overseeing operation of the restaurant including running the front desk and supervising expo in the kitchen -Completing weekly bar inventory -Ordering beer, wine, and liquor and ensuring that the bar is fully stocked with supplies at all times -Attending weekly management meetings -Assisting in training and onboarding new team members This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about the restaurant industry and wants to be an integral part of a successful operation.
There is room to grow this position into a salaried position with profit share.
