*Responsibilities:*
We are looking to fill the position of maintenance supervisor.
This is a HANDS-ON position reporting to the Maintenance Manager.
The job is located at our production facility in Taunton, MA.
This position will also require local travel to other locations, such as New Bedford, MA.
* Oversee and perform upgrades to refrigerated warehouse space.
* Maintain existing warehousing and production facilities.
* Develop a skilled maintenance team and supervise a small group of maintenance technicians and helpers.
* Inspect and repair machinery and facility systems such as electrical and plumbing.
* Complete specific projects with or without help from the crew.
* Provide support for maintenance on various machines within a cold storage facility.
As a Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our warehouse operations.
Your strong mechanical knowledge, supervisory skills, and attention to detail will contribute to our team's success.

*Job Requirements:*
* Project management experience.
* Previous experience in facility/factory maintenance.
* Ability to create and follow plans for repair and maintenance.
* Preventive maintenance program experience.
* Pay rate commensurate with experience.
* Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and carry up to 50 pounds.
* Strong problem-solving skills.
* High school diploma or GED (or equivalent).
