The Project Manager III will be responsible for managing the entire project life cycle, ensuring timely delivery, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
Project Planning and Execution:
· Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining scope, timelines, and resource requirements.
· Execute projects according to the project plan, closely monitoring progress and addressing deviations.
· Responsible for all aspects of the project lifecycle: planning, scope definition, design, execution, and delivery.
· Tracks progress against milestones, budgetary guidelines, or other performance indicators, and prepares reports to senior management.
· Assists with the selection, negotiation, and managing of all activities regarding external consultants or vendors.
Team Leadership:
· Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
· Provide guidance and mentorship to junior project management staff.
Stakeholder Communication:
· Communicate project goals, timelines, and expectations clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
· Proactively address and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project life cycle.
Risk Management :
· Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring that potential issues are addressed proactively.
· Implement effective risk management strategies to minimize project disruptions.
Quality Assurance:
· Ensure that project deliverables meet high-quality standards and comply with relevant regulations.
· Conduct thorough project reviews to identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications and Experience:
· Bachelor's degree; PMP certification preferred.
Minimum of 4 to 6 years’ experience.
· Proven experience as a Project Manager, successfully delivering complex projects within scope, time, and budget.
· Strong leadership and team management skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
· Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
· Proficiency in project management tools and software.
· Ability to build collaborative relationships.
· Minimum of three years of management experience in the IT field.
· Experience should include computer development work with a project-based focus and experience working with IT teams.
