We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Manager to join our team.
As a Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring the highest quality of food production and maintaining a positive and efficient work environment.

Duties:
- Manage all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures for food production and kitchen management
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and feedback to ensure high performance
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth coordination between the kitchen and dining area
- Oversee menu planning and recipe development
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify maintenance needs
- Handle customer inquiries or concerns related to food quality or service
Skills:
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Proven experience in kitchen management, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Extensive knowledge of food production techniques and culinary trends
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Solid understanding of health and safety regulations in a kitchen setting
- Proficiency in using kitchen management software such as Aloha POS or similar systems
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with staff, customers, and vendors
