*Store Manager*
Cosmoprof is a family owned and operated full service auto dealership in Nashua, NH.
We are looking for a self-motivated, organized, and detail oriented individual to join our team.
We are looking for someone who is a team player, has great communication skills, and is willing to work hard to help us grow.
*Responsibilities:*
·Manage the daily operations of the store including scheduling, retail sales, and customer service.
·Ensure that all sales and service transactions are completed in a timely manner while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
·Ensure that employees follow established procedures to ensure that all customers are treated in an appropriate manner.
·Ensure that all employees adhere to company policies and procedures.
·Ensure that all inventory is accurately counted and valued at the time of sale.
·Ensure that all inventory is stored properly in the appropriate storage area.
·Maintain a clean and organized store environment at all times.
·Maintain an organized inventory at all times.
·Maintain a high level of product knowledge.
·Maintain a high level of product knowledge on new products as well as used products.
·Assist with inventory control throughout the day including verifying, recording, and updating inventory levels on the appropriate system(s).
·Assist with other store related tasks as needed throughout the day including but not limited to: receiving, ordering, stocking, merchandising, etc.

·Provide excellent customer service to both customers and co-workers.
*Education & Experience:*
·High School Diploma or GED required (Preferred) or equivalent experience in retail environment (preferred).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $39,520.
00 - $43,680.
