Job Description Summary Under the direct supervision of the Pharmacy Supervisor and Pharmacy Operations Manager, performs a wide variety of technical, supervisory and training functions.
Supports the distributive processes of the provision of pharmacy services.
Responsible for maintenance of Pyxis system, technician training program, and technician scheduling.

Supports organizational and department goals by ensuring properly trained personnel.
Responds to changes in demand, acuity and special circumstances to assure quality pharmacy service by delegating, prioritizing and coordinating workflow.
Monitors timely delivery of medication to patient care areas.
