Unique Position We are seeking an Assistant General Manager to join our team.
As the Assistant General Manager, you will work directly with the General manager and coordinate with the President in a crucial role supporting all operations of our organization.

We sell Outdoor Living products and Lifestyle to help our customers relax and enjoy their space when time allows.
Your job would be performing everything needed to facilitate that.
You would help open and close the building, ensuring a safe and attractive enviroment for our employees and customers.
Learning our diverse product lines and collections and sharing that knowledge with our sales consultants and customers.
Communicationg effectively and comfortably.
At least 2 years in retail sales is required.
You must have proven sales ability.
Physically merchandising and maintaining effective vignettes and displays would be included in daily duties.
Effectively interacting in person and on the telephone with customers and vendors to obtain and convey information to quickly resolve situations and expedite sales orders.
You would also interact with our warehouse and delivery associates helping them to succesfully carry out their duties.
Oversee the flow of merchadise from arrival to customer fullfillment.
Knowledge of a Point of Sale retail software system is needed.
You will be encouraged to share ideas with the management team and allowed a level of creativity to support our Brand and achieve the goals set.
