Overview:
We are looking for experienced managers to oversee our operations and ensure excellent customer service.
As a manager at Dunkin', you will have the opportunity to lead a team, drive sales, and contribute to the success of our brand.
This is a full-time position with on-site work required.
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant
Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
Train and develop team members
Monitor sales and drive revenue growth
Maintain high standards of food quality and cleanliness
Requirements:
High school degree or equivalent
Prior experience in a management role
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts
