Case Manager Father Bill’s & MainSpring is a well-established nonprofit organization dedicated to providing comprehensive support and assistance to individuals experiencing homelessness.
We are currently seeking experienced and compassionate Case Managers to join our dedicated team.

**Interview Day Details: ** Date: December 7, 2023 Time: 1pm to 7pm Location: 430 Belmont St.
Brockton, Ma 02301 INDIVIDUAL INTERVIEW TIMES WILL BE SCHEDULE IN ADVANCE **Job Responsibilities: ** - Provide direct case management services to individuals experiencing homelessness.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' needs, strengths, and barriers.
- Develop individualized service plans and goals in collaboration with clients.
- Assist clients in accessing resources and services such as housing, healthcare, employment, and education.
- Monitor clients' progress and provide ongoing support and advocacy.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate services and referrals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in accordance with agency standards.
- Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development opportunities.
**Qualifications: ** - Bachelor’s or master’s degree in social work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Case Manager, preferably with individuals experiencing homelessness.
- Strong knowledge of social services, housing resources, and community agencies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to establish rapport, demonstrate empathy, and maintain professional boundaries.
- Proficiency in conducting assessments and developing service plans.
- Familiarity with trauma-informed care approaches.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills [if applicable] are a plus.
