TITLE: MIS Project Manager (multiple positions)
Duties:
Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
Maintain product backlog items and production support incidents.
Report project metrics to the Project Management Office.
Manage production support for completed products.
Conduct project post mortems to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
Gather and maintain a list of system enhancement priorities in designated area of responsibility using agile software development methods.
Teleworking acceptable within a reasonable commuting distance of the Norwell, MA office.

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Business Administration or related field of study and three (3) years of experience as a Project Manager, Analyst or related role.
In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree in stated fields and three (3) years of stated experience, employer will accept no degree and five (5) years of experience as a Project Manager, Analyst or related role.
SPECIAL SKILLS: Also requires one (1) year of experience in the following:
Agile Project management;
Cloud development using Azure SQL and/or Synapse databases;
UI development using the Drupal platform for PHP, Wordpress platform or similar platform; and
Industry verticals including Emergency Response, Environmental, Industrial, and Field services.
