Regional Finance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Regional Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of the national product lines for Clean Harbors.
This role encompasses a blend of traditional finance responsibilities and controllership, requiring a keen eye for detail and a strong foundation in financial acumen, as well as the opportunity to roll up the sleeves and dig into resolving problems.
Conduct thorough reviews of financial reports for national product lines (Safety Kleen, Technical Services, and Field Services) ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant standards Manage the execution of journal entries by shared services, maintaining the integrity of the books and records and partnering with branch and district leaders during the monthly close process Develop comprehensive month-end summaries, effectively bridging actual results to budgeted and forecasted figures Collaborate closely with senior leaders to develop accurate forecasts and targets Maintain, enhance, and develop monthly management reports Work with the Oracle team to develop and implement rule-based budgeting and forecasting methods Ensure continuous improvement in financial processes and systems Proven experience in financial management and controllership Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis Expertise in financial software, particularly Oracle a plus but not required Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skill Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Ability to lead and manage projects effectively Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and precision Experience working with offshore teams a plus but not required What We Offer: A key role in a dynamic finance team Opportunity to impact financial strategies and operations at national level Competitive compensation and benefits package Professional development and career growth opportunities #CH #LI-NM2
