We are looking for a skilled *Assistant Kitchen Manager *who has a passion for quality food, outstanding service, and excellent teamwork.
*WHAT IS THE POSITION LIKE?:*
Our *Assistant Kitchen Manager (AKM)* will ensure that all back of house responsibilities are being executed to the correct standard.
The AKM is a culinary expert that takes pride and ownership of the kitchen and ensures that the restaurant is in immaculate operating condition at all times.
Reliable transportation is a must.
*WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE:*
* Passion for the outstanding work you do
* Self-motivated, organized, and able to handle multiple priorities
* Detail-oriented
* Ability to read, write and communicate in English (Bilingual Spanish/English skills preferred)
* Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
* Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines and the ability to function well in a fast-paced environment
* High school diploma/GED required
* Two years of management experience working in food and beverage in a high-volume environment
