*Eastside *is looking for a full-time Office Manager who is an extremely talented, career driven individual that thrives in a fast-paced environment and is independent and resourceful.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: * Oversee all aspects of the administration of the executive’s business * Create & manage all systems for sellers, buyers, client database management, lead generation tracking, lead follow-up and all office administration * Maintain all agent financial systems, bill payments, budgets, bank account and business credit card accounts.
Needs to know book keeping and job costing * Coordinate the purchasing and maintenance of office equipment, marketing materials and any other business related supplies & materials * Create & update a business operation manual and all job descriptions/employment contracts for current and future employees * Manage the recruiting, hiring, training and ongoing leadership of all future hires * Hold team accountable for conducting agreed upon lead generation activities * Ensure that all agent activities are limited to listing property, showing property, negotiating contracts and lead generations * Oversee and manage any and all personal aspects of the executive's day to day personal schedule, appointments, account management, etc.

*EXPERIENCE REQUIRED* * Minimum 1 year experience in the real estate field with 1-2 years in an executive administrative role * Technology Oriented (Excel, Adobe, CRM, Quick Books) * Go-getter with an innate ability to be self-sufficient in, at times, a remote setting * Basic understanding & continuous monitoring of required real estate * Extremely well organized with precise attention to detail * Professional demeanor with excellent communication & analytical skills * Enthusiastic & contagious positive attitude; consistently lead by example while being a team player Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.
