Regional Director of Human Resources

BaneCare Management is currently seeking a Full Time Regional Director of Human Resources to join our corporate team! BaneCare oversees 10 Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Centers across the Massachusetts area in addition to 2 Assisted Living Facilities.

Apply today! Responsibilities: Provide strategic leadership and direction for HR functions within the region.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
Oversee recruitment and retention efforts to attract and retain top talent.
Partner with facility administrators and managers to address employee relations issues and performance management concerns.
Lead initiatives to promote employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion.
Conduct training sessions for managers and employees on HR-related topics.
Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for change.
Travel throughout Massachusetts to visit different facilities and support HR needs as required.
Benefits Administration Employee records management As Corporate Compliance Officer will work with the consultant and oversee the program Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a regional HR role, in the long-term care industry.
Strong knowledge of Massachusetts employment laws and regulations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to travel extensively throughout Massachusetts.
SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP or equivalent HR certification is preferred, but not required.
