* Follow up to the high-ticket receiving process execution
* Drive associates to file warehouse damages in the Receiving App

* Follow up to receiving end of day activities

* Follow up to donations being shipped timely
* Support associates in selecting the first option adherence rate in Claims App
* Audit donation and disposal cartons
* Follow up to open claims and unprocessed Walmart.

* Confirm Hazwaste compliance measures are completed
* Follow up to returns being brought from the Service Desk back to Claims
* Review Salesfloor clearance areas and confirm salesfloor associates are processing CVP and disposal actions in the Claims app
* Follow up to vestibule cleanliness, spill cleanup, and mat program usage
* Follow up to removing Merchandise Protection devices from products at the entrance, and getting those devices back to be used again
* Follow up to Service Team interacting and communicating with the AP Investigator(s)
