Restaurant Manager

Our restaurant is looking for an experienced, highly trained manager with exceptional customer service skills, who is capable of working well under pressure and can carry out and enforce policies and procedures easily.
The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, and able to balance a variety of tasks.
Responsibilities: * Manage a restaurant, including both front of the house and back of the house personnel.
* Recruit, train, develop, and retain all employees while meeting the restaurant's goals.
* Oversee the operational performance of restaurant facilities and analyze the data to make informed decisions regarding the operation.
* Be available to mediate any disputes between staff members and resolve complaints from customers.
* Keep abreast of current events and food trends that could affect menu quality or customer satisfaction.
* Maintain cleanliness and sanitation * Count, face, band and reconcile all moneys Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,608.
