We operate two dispensaries in Taunton and Brockton, MA, and have a license to open one more in Cambridge, MA.
In addition, through distribution arrangements, we have placed our products and those of hundreds of strategic partners into 50% of the dispensaries in MA.
The Packaging Lead separates, weighs, packages, seals, and labels various cannabis products.
They ensure all products are appropriately packaged, labeled, and documented before they become available for sale or wholesale.
The Packaging Lead will focus on directing their designated team from the beginning to the end of assigned projects.
In addition, they are responsible for minimizing downtime by keeping the flow of projects moving efficiently and on time.
_*Responsibilities:*_ * Accurately weigh and package cannabis products while paying close attention to detail for quality.
* Complete packaging and paperwork duties with consistency and exactness.
* Ensure all packaging and labels are compliant with State/County laws.
* Apply accurate labels to all cannabis products.
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
* Follow specific instructions according to company policies.
* Communicate with management and team throughout projects.
* Self-motivation and initiative for tasks that need completion.
* Adhere to all applicable rules and regulations, access/security protocols, dress codes, and schedules.
* Perform quality control and identify nonconforming materials.
* Confirm that information such as the “Packaged On” date is correct before printing POS labels.
* Ensure fill sheets are filled out completely and accurately before uploading to the Production Queue.
* Ensure tote labels are filled out accurately.
* Complete second counts on all designated projects.
* Transfer projects in the Inventory-Vault Teams channel.
