, is a growing hotel management company.
We currently own and manage 12 hotels located in the New England area.
We are currently looking for a General Manager at the Residence Inn Marriott Hotel in Norwood MA.
*What will I be doing?*
As the General Manager, you would be responsible for the daily operations of the hotel.
Managing daily hotel operations and providing overall leadership in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
Specifically, you would be responsible for
* Monitoring and developing team member performance of all team members at the property.
* Review operational performance, identify areas of opportunity in productivity, operational efficiency and guest satisfaction, and implement action plans to correct those deficiencies
* Ensure guest and team member satisfaction
* Recruit, interview and train team members
* Oversee service quality, operational efficiency, guest satisfaction, brand standard compliance and service and financial measurements.
* Manage staff in accordance with company standards
* Maintian relationships with vendors
* Review and approve invoices and upload invoices into the accounting software
* Ensure staff members are compliant with mandatory brand training
*Role Requirements*
- Previous Hotel Management Experience Required
- Previous experience working in a branded hotel is preferred.

Pay: $75,000.
