Royal Health Group is looking for a motivated, passionate Maintenance Director to join their team in Megansett!

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Director of Maintenance reports to the Nursing Home Administrator.
The Director of Maintenance is responsible for all ongoing and preventative maintenance of the facility's building and grounds.
Tracking and timely response to all facility maintenance/repair requests.
Daily internal and external building rounds to ensure safety and environmental expectations are met.
Coordination/communication with all facility contractors and vendors as relative to the physical plant operations.
Maintaining and tracking all components as relative to Life Safety Codes and state/federal guidelines.
Adapt to state/federal regulation and internal policy changes, participating in continuing education and training as necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Working knowledge of Life Safety Codes, OSHA Standards, safety and sanitation regulations are required.
Adherence to the principals of resident rights, resident and employee confidentiality, EEO and ADA required.
Ability to perform routine mechanical and structural repairs.
Ability to facilitate, track and maintain facility permitting/certifications.
Working knowledge of basic computer programs.
Supervisory experience strongly preferred.
