Program Director

Program Director ensures the quality of the supports at the residences.
PD will have one Assistant Program Director.
Caseload is one 24 hour residence and one Co-op for a total of 6 intellectually & developmentally delayed individuals.
Some physical devices/assists.
All attend Day programs and enjoy community activities.
Full time position Monday thru Friday.
Responsible for the day to day functioning of the residences assigned.
Supervise and train staff.
Position allow for an Assistant Program Director to support the Management of the program.
Maintains quality care and adequate program coverage.
Monitors accounts for Individuals, including ISP progress data, medication, and oversight of PBS.
Represent the Individuals to DDS, including quality assurance, transitional assistance, Housing and service coordinators and HCSIS systems.
Monitoring the medical care and Community social interaction a priority.
Minimum of 3 yrs Experience with ID/DD population(residential preferred), Management of staff and excellent interpersonal skills required.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $55,000.
