Food Truck Shift Leader - Job Description
Our brand and reputation are a direct reflection of our management team.
We’re looking for a Food Truck Shift LEader to help support and grow our core business through a “lead by example” management style.
Food Truck Shift Leaders are responsible for managing all day-to-day operations involving the food truck including: truck load-in, safely driving to the day's locations, leading a food service, and unload/cleanup.
The Food Truck Shift Leader will play a key role in implementing processes to maximize efficiency within his/her team.
The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with the ability to hire, train, develop and lead a team of 3-5 members.
Qualifications
* Detail oriented
* Mature, responsible, professional, punctual and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Flexible availability: nights and weekends
* Willing to learn and consistently adhere to company policy and procedures
* Customer oriented, positive attitude
* Excels in all facets of communication to ownership, staff and customers
* Servsafe certification a plus
* Clean driving record, valid drivers license and willingness to be trained to drive a food truck is a must
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.
