Our work environment includes: * Modern office setting * Food provided * Growth opportunities * Modern office setting Duties: - Negotiate with service contract providers - Conduct credit analysis to determine customer eligibility for financing options - - Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process - Collaborate with the dealership's financial services department to secure loans for customers - Maintain knowledge of current automotive sales trends and market conditions Skills: - Strong negotiation skills to effectively close sales deals - Proficiency in credit analysis to assess customer eligibility for financing - Upselling techniques to maximize revenue opportunities - Knowledge of automotive sales processes and industry trends - Basic math skills for calculating payments, interest rates, and discounts - Familiarity with loan officer responsibilities and financial services offered by dealerships - Excellent customer service skills to build rapport and maintain customer satisfaction Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position and does not encompass all tasks or responsibilities that may be required.
