Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including kitchen and front-of-house staff
- Ensure high-quality customer service and satisfaction
- Train and supervise restaurant staff, including servers, hosts, and kitchen staff
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Manage cash handling procedures and ensure accurate financial transactions
- Implement and enforce health and safety regulations
- Develop and implement strategies to increase restaurant sales and profitability
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement marketing initiatives
- Conduct interviews and hire new employees
Requirements:
- Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Knowledge of Aloha POS system or similar restaurant management software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
