Toddler House Lead Counselor
Bay Farm Montessori Academy is searching for a passionate, Lead Counselor to lead a toddler room for our Bay Farm Summer Program.
School Year hiring available for the right candidate.
Qualifications
Montessori experience preferred, but will train the right candidate.
Department of Early Education and Care Teacher certified for infant/toddlers required
Strong interpersonal skills are necessary.
Amazing collaborative skills -children, parents, staff members.
A positive and open attitude toward all children is a requirement.
Job Duties
Oversee an assistant counselor to coordinate preparation of spaces, coordination of lunches/snacks, and general support;
Rotating coverage of pick-up and drop-off;
Ensure a safe and healthy environment in which the students will thrive during their summer break;
Develop a mutually beneficial relationship with parents of students through ongoing responsible, timely, and respectful communication;
Participation in staff meetings and trainings;
Represent the school in a positive light, whether in or out of school.
