Lead Shop Foreman

Responsibilities: - Manage daily operations of the shop, including opening and closing procedures.
strong ability to work with hands and operate tools.
- Ensure efficient use of time and resources to meet production goals - Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for stock replenishment.
Manage materials on a day to day basis - Clean shop and keep area very orderly.
Highly motivated learn and be trained by a great team - Provide excellent customer service and phone etiquette to address inquiries and resolve issues - Maintain a clean and organized shop environment.
Drive shop vehicles to jobsites.
Experience: - Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize - Proficient in administrative tasks such as record keeping and scheduling - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Basic math skills for inventory management and financial transactions Note: Potential ability to be trained into a union fire sprinkler fitter We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
