Assistant General Manager

```Duties``` Manager/supervisor Train under Owner / GM for duties & responsibilities.
Need to be assertive and perfectionist with extreme attention to detail (making sure drinks/food are measured and the same every time.
Will report directly to owner.
Basically just need someone for when I am not there.
Pay will raise with increased responsibility.
More details will be explained when training.
- Oversee daily operations of the food service department, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling guidelines.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity in the kitchen, bar, and floor.
- Train and supervise staff on food preparation techniques, portion control, and proper food handling procedures.
- Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain high standards of service.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to plan and execute special events, banquets, or catering services.
```Skills``` - Previous experience in the food industry or food service management.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and supervisory skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient in kitchen management software or systems.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
