Electrical Testing Manager

* *Job Overview:* We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Testing Manager to join our team.
We are a highly successful electrical testing company based in Massachusetts serving the electrical industry.
As manager, you will be responsible for orchestrating the day-to-day operations of our company.
Your compensation will be performance based.
You will work closely with our test engineers and clients.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical testing methodologies, excellent communication skills, and a passion for working with a skilled team.
Duties: -Take off and quote jobs and formulate proposals to clients -Coordinate projects with clients -Daily and weekly scheduling of our test engineers with clients -Procure materials and parts for repairs and projects -Review test engineer reports and notify clients of issues -Invoice clients for services performed -Procure rental test equipment as needed for projects -Review oil sample analysis and advise clients as necessary Requirements: - Proven experience as a Testing Manager or similar role - Strong knowledge of electrical testing - Excellent communication skills - Familiarity with test procedures and evaluation of results - Proficiency in reading and understanding electrical drawings Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position and does not include every task or responsibility that may be required.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $110,000.
